1. GENERAL 1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Ember Keepers. 1.2. By engaging our services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms. 1.3. Ember Keepers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with prior notice provided for material changes. 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES 2.1. Services include chimney inspections, repairs, installations, and maintenance, as detailed in the service agreement. 2.2. Ember Keepers guarantees that all services will be performed by trained and certified professionals, adhering to industry standards. 3. SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS 3.1. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. 3.2. Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 rescheduling fee. 3.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property and providing any necessary permissions. 4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS 4.1. Pricing for services will be provided in a written estimate prior to the commencement of work. 4.2. A deposit may be required for certain services, such as installations or extensive repairs. 4.3. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.4. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or approved financing options. 4.5. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge or the maximum allowed by law. 5. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES 5.1. Ember Keepers provides a 12-month workmanship warranty for repairs and installations. 5.2. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of service. 5.3. The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., weather, pests). 6. LIABILITY 6.1. Ember Keepers is insured and will take reasonable care to prevent property damage. 6.2. The company is not responsible for: Pre-existing structural issues. Damage caused by services delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain disruptions). 7. INSPECTION AND FINDINGS 7.1. Inspections are non-invasive unless otherwise specified. 7.2. While inspections aim to identify issues, hidden defects or obstructions may not be detectable without additional diagnostic procedures. 7.3. Recommendations following an inspection are provided in good faith based on the findings at the time of service. 8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 8.1. Services canceled less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit. 8.2. Refunds will be issued at Ember Keepers’ discretion for services not rendered due to our fault or inability to complete the job. 9. PRIVACY 9.1. Ember Keepers respects client privacy and will only use personal information for service delivery and communications. 9.2. Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. 10. GOVERNING LAW 10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Region of Service]. 10.2.
