For over two decades, our company was known as Tristan’s Chimney Service, a name built on honest work, expert craftsmanship, and a commitment to serving homeowners in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee.
When I took over the business from my father, Rick, in 2020, I knew I wanted to carry on his legacy while also evolving to meet the needs of today’s homeowners.
That’s why we rebranded as Ember Keepers—a name that better reflects who we are, what we do, and why we do it.
