Ember Keepers provides chimney and fireplace inspection, sweeping, repair, and related services in western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. Service descriptions on this website are general; the scope of any job is defined by the written estimate or work order you approve.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of evaluation. If additional work or unforeseen conditions are discovered, we will tell you before performing work beyond the approved scope. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling and cancellations
Appointment windows are estimates. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling (828) 528-1015 or (833) 417-4614.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major payment methods; financing options, where offered, are subject to third-party approval and terms.
Warranties and disclaimers
Workmanship warranties, where offered, are stated on your invoice or work order. Except as expressly stated in writing, services and website content are provided as-is, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Chimney and fireplace systems require regular maintenance; an inspection reflects the condition of the system at the time of the inspection only.
